How much is it?

$24 a visit.

A built-up yard gets a first cleanup, priced after we see it.

How often do you visit?

Weekly or twice a week, on a consistent schedule.

What about rain and snow?

If there's thunder, ice, or snow deep enough to hide the ground, we skip the yard for safety and tell you that day. We'll tell you our winter plan when you sign up.

Do my dogs need to be inside?

Yes, please, while we're in the yard. Any dog that has bitten or guards its yard stays inside for the whole visit, every visit. If a dog is loose, we leave the yard for that week and tell you that day.

What about the gate?

We latch it on the way out, every time, and the paw report after each visit says how we left it. If we find it open when we arrive, we tell you.

Do I need to give you a gate code?

Only if the gate is locked. We'll ask for it in person, keep it in a password store (never on paper), and delete it when your service ends. Please never put a code in the quote form.

What do you do with the waste?

Bagged and taken away with us.

Do you clean your tools between yards?

Yes. We disinfect our tools between every yard. How we sanitize.

My dog has been sick. What should I do?

Tell us. If a dog in your home has something that can travel on a boot, like parvo or giardia, we'll pause your service at no charge until your vet says it's okay.

How do I pay?

Pay as you go: cash, check, Venmo or PayPal. Contactless options are available.

Can I pause for a week?

Yes. Give us 48 hours' notice and we'll skip that week. A paused week isn't charged, up to two a quarter.

How do I cancel?

Tell us any time, in writing. A text is fine. There's no fee.
