Gates and dogs
Our operating relationship.
- We latch every gate on the way out, and the paw report says how we left it: latched, locked, or left the way we found it.
- If we find your gate open when we get there, we write it down and tell you. We don't just close it and say nothing.
- Tell us about anyone else who uses the gate, like a landscaper or a dog walker.
- Tell us before the first visit about any dog that has bitten or guards its yard. That dog stays inside for the whole visit, every visit.
- If a dog is loose or we don't feel safe, we leave the yard for that week and tell you the same day.
- If anyone is home, we'll say our names and that we're with Barkyard Cleaners.
